Betty Kasimbazi retires as finance ministry undersecretary

Betty Kasimbazi has retired from her roles as undersecretary and accounting officer at the ministry of finance, planning and economic development.

The ministry on Thursday organized a function to bid her farewell and the function was attended by some senior officials, including the ministry's head Matia Kasaija and the permanent secretary Keith Muhakanizi.

According to the ministry, Kasimbazi has attained the mandatory retirement age of 60 years
She has been replaced by Dr. Edward Ssengonzi Ddamulira.
