KAMPALA. Singer Bebe Cool’s request for music collaboration with American rapper Kanye West seems to be re-igniting his rivalry with fellow musician Alexander Bagonza, better known as Apass.

On Saturday, Bebe Cool wrote an open request to Kanye West who is currently in Uganda to feature him in a music album that he plans to record while in Uganda.

“At the moment, am in your home country too for a business trip but the main reason for my post is to request you to feature me on your current recording of a new album,” Bebe Cool who thanked Kanye West for choosing Africa and Uganda in particular wrote.

Although Bebe Cool, real name Moses Ssali defended his request as a show of his open mindedness and “know what I want attitude” fellow singer Apass has not spared him. In a social media post, Apass describes Bebe Cool as unfit to feature in the American rapper’s music album because “he doesn’t know how to sing.”

Despite the fact that Bebe Cool has not yet responded to yet another troll from Apass, it’s widely anticipated that the Gagamel boss cannot leave it at that-he will fire back and the two artistes’ battle of words, dating mid this year will continue.

It all started in July this year when Bebe Cool named his goat “Apass” during Goat races event, at Speak Apartments. The move was understood by the singer and his fans as an insult, prompting him to hit back, although in self-consolation.

“Someone called me a goat but don’t be blind, he meant am The Greatest of All Time. He has never seen a talented artist like me,” A Pass posted on Facebook in response.

Apass did not stop at that, two months later when Bebe Cool was attacked on stage by rowdy revelers during the Swangs Avenue All Star Concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval, the “Didadada” hit maker was the happiest. In a live Facebook video, Apass danced and laughed at Bebe Cool’s predicament blaming the singer for always failing to judge situations. Bebe Cool was attacked by Bobi Wine’s People Power supporters who accused him of forsaking his fellow artiste when he was reportedly beaten during a campaign fracas in Arua.
