Mityana Municipality MP Francis Zaake now has all the reasons to recover after his very close friend, Aidah Nantaba, junior minister for investment paid him a courtesy visit at the hospital.
Zaake,25, has been admitted at Rubaga Hospital ever since he was was involved in fight with security personnel in the parliament chambers when chaos broke loose last week over the age limit motion.
Zaake has since then received several opposition MPs visit him at the hospital including Army MP Gen Katumba Wamala who was captured in a video footage appearing to punch Zaake in the ribs. During all these visits, none of the visitors got a soothing smile from Zaake until state minister ICT Nantaba paid him a visit today. Zaake nearly jumped out of the sickbed after seeing his very close friend besides him.
“Recovering steadily. Thanks to over 1000 pals who are still checking on me in Rubaga Hospital. That’s what friends are there for especially in times of need, help and care. Have seen true friends indeed!” Zaake posted on social media and accompanied the post with a photo of him cuddling with Nantaba.
The two have in the past been seen together enjoying each other’s company. During last year’s MPs End of Year party at the parliament parking lot, Zaake and Nantaba spent more time of the party whispering sweet nothings to each other as captured by our reporter.
