MP James Kakooza Out Of Danger After Surviving Nasty Accident - Police

Two people identified as David Byamugisha and John Ngumikiriza, both residents of Lwebittete village survived with serious injuries and are admitted at Lyantode hospital

MBARARA. Kabula county Member of Parliament, James Kakooza has been admitted at Mbarara Regional Referral Hospital after surviving a nasty accident along Masaka - Mbarara highway.

The accident occurred around 11:00am at Lwebiteete village in Kiruhura Sub County in Kiruhura District when the MP's vehicle Toyata premio registration number UBB 826A rammed into a motorcycle killing pastor Enos Kisakye of Lwebiteete Church of God. 

Two people identified as David Byamugisha and John Ngumikiriza, both residents of Lwebittete village survived with serious injuries and are admitted at Lyantode hospital.  

Eye witnesses say the legislators' car was speeding when the accident occurred.

Mr Samson Kasasora the Rwizi Police PRO said that: "Hon. Kakooza James is out of danger though he has a fractured right arm at Mayanja memorial hospital in Mbarara but his being transfered to Kampala for further treatment," he said.
