Owobusobozi Bisaka particularly noted that President Museveni should have another chance to run in 2021 so that the country can continue enjoying the peace, unity and coexistence brought by  the  National Resistance Movement government.

According to Owobusozi Bisaka, he does not see any reason as to why the constitution should not be amended and asked his follows to pray for the country to ensure the Bill passes through peacefully.

The remarks by Owobusobozi Bisaka attracted applause from his followers who tasked their Member of Parliament, Musana to take the Owobusobozi’s massage serious as they also vowed to mobilize Ugandans to support the Bill.

Speaking at the same function, Musana promised to deliver the massage to Parliament saying their cardinal aim as NRM legislatures to change the constitution is to ensure that President Museveni get an opportunity of standing for presidency in 2021.

During the function, Owobusobozi confirmed other 358 believers at the level of Baheereza into the faith of his religion.
