It is now five fixtures remaining until we bid farewell to the 2017/18 Nile Special Rugby Premiership season.
As usual, at this point in time every fan is concerned about where their team is placed on the table for both the title race and relegation battle.
The weekend results had a huge impact on the bottom of the table as Rams RUFC moved from the 9th to the 8th position after winning the Makerere derby (18-13) against Impis.
At Legends, Jinja Hippos for now are safe from the chopping board after a stunning 10-30 win over Warriors hence earning them the 7th position on the 10-team table.
Rams' hooker, Jude Rwakayanga is a relieved man and hopes that they remain in the top flight.
''The relegation threat was becoming real until we won on Saturday, for now we feel good and we shall start from there,'' Rwakayanga noted.
However, Rams fairy tale might end soon as they visit Kyadondo Rugby Club this Saturday to play defending champions, Hima Cement Heathens.
With Hippos and Rams moving three and two steps away from the drop zone respectively, all eyes are now on Impis and Warriors who are stuck at the bottom of the log.
On Saturday, rock bottom Impis welcome blunt 9th placed Warriors to the Makerere Graveyard in a make or break fixture and also their only 'easy' fixture on the card.
A win for Warriors might imply that the relegation coast is now crystal clear for Impis.
