The first live action on ESPN arrives on the evening of Friday 22 October, as Malatyaspor host Altay in a Turkish Super Lig clash (18:55 LIVE on ESPN), while the afternoon of Saturday 23 October sees Cardiff City host Middlesbrough in an EFL Championship clash (13:25 LIVE on ESPN).
The evening of Saturday sees a switch of focus to the NHL, as the Washington Capitals host the Calgary Flames (19:00 LIVE on ESPN), while early Sunday 24 October features a potential MLS thriller between Inter Miami and FC Cincinnati (02:00 LIVE on ESPN).
Inter manager Phil Neville was recently left fuming after a defeat to the New York Red Bulls which featured a disallowed goal from Miami's Gonzalo Higuain that could have changed the course of the match.
"I don’t want to sound like a broken record, but something is fundamentally wrong with the way referees treat Inter Miami," said Neville. "We’re playing in one of the best leagues in the world, and I’m having a great experience, but I’ve got a dressing room that’s asking real, real questions about the integrity of this league in terms of the decisions we keep getting."
Sunday afternoon's highlight is definitely the Eredivisie clash between Ajax and PSV (16:35 LIVE on ESPN) from Amsterdam, a match which could go a long way in deciding which club will be crowned the champions of the Netherlands.
The MLS returns to centre stage on Monday 25 October with an early-morning clash between Orlando City and New England Revolution (01:00 LIVE on ESPN), while later the same day there will be another Turkish Super Lig battle as Istanbul rivals Besiktas and Galatasaray face off (18:55 LIVE on ESPN).
The final major action for the week arrives on the morning of Thursday 28 October, with the PFL Championship Final (00:00 LIVE on ESPN) from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida. This event will feature the final matches in each of the weight classes, crowning the PFL champions for the 2021 season.

The first live action on ESPN 2 comes from the NFL on the morning of Friday 22 October, as the Cleveland Browns play host to the Denver Broncos (02:20 LIVE on ESPN 2).
The Browns' Myles Garrett, a leading candidate for the defensive player of the year award, recently made headlines for his funny Tweet in which he explained why his muscularity could have brought on a 'random' drug test: "I go sleeveless for one game and they hit me with a 'you got a random drug test in the morning!'"
Sunday 24 October sees the Scottish Premiership taking centre stage, as champions Rangers play away to St Mirren (12:55 LIVE on ESPN 2), before the mornings of Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 October feature more hard-hitting NFL action.
First up on Monday is the San Francisco 49ers v Indianapolis Colts (02:20 LIVE on ESPN 2), while Tuesday wraps up the NFL action for the week with a thriller between the Seattle Seahawks and New Orleans Saints (02:15 LIVE on ESPN).
The Saints will be fresh off a bye week having beaten the Washington Football Team 33-22 in their last outing, a game in which punter Blake Gillikin played a key role. "He was outstanding, Outstanding. Outstanding," Coach Sean Payton said. "He just got a game ball."
Gillikin said getting the ball meant a lot to him: "I try to show every week and do my job for the team."
