City socialite Bryan White has advised the youth to stop involving in riots and defiance but focus on small scale enterprises which will grow into big businesses with time.
“Even if I give you how much, it will not solve your problems and even when you finish someone’s life for his money it won’t work out for you but start your own project, you will see where you will be in the next few years,” he said.
He added that the opposition uses them in riots and demonstrations on streets but when they receive their money, they don’t give any share to the youths who help them to achieve their self dreams.
Bryan said this over the weekend while launching the Bryan White foundation in Mbarara Municipality.
He added that he will put the foundation offices in every part of Uganda to awaken the youths from poverty.
On the occasion, he donated over 200 mattresses, boxes of sanitary pads, soap, sugar, school bags, posho and beans to 8 schools with disabled students which included St Helen’s Primary School, Global High School, Mbarara Mixed P/S, Tukore valid disabled group, Kakoba Moslem School, Nyamityobora P/S, Pentecostal P/S, Mbarara SS, Nyamitanga SS, St Mary’s Katete P/S and other disabled groups.
He also gave out bags of seeds to farmers for planting.
Bryan who promised to continue supporting the youths also handed over Shs5m cash to Joseph Nkaheza a man from Mwizi, Rwampara who used scrap material to make a private jet and a motorcycle.
Nkaheza told the city tycoon that the promising plane is lacking few materials to see itself in the sky.
Bryan also supported pregnant mothers with delivering basins, sugar and soap at Mbarara Regional Referral Hospital.
