The Chief of Defense Forces of the UPDF Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba held talks with his Mozambican counterpart, Chief of General Staff of the Mozambique Armed Forces (FADM), Admiral Joaquim Mangrasse in Maputo.
The meeting happened at the Mozambican Armed Forces Heaquarters on Thursday.
