PARLIAMENT. Famous gospel artiste turned politician Judith Babirye is in love again!
Babirye, Buikwe Woman MP is preparing for her secret marriage with her new lover, Paul Musoke Sebulime, who is Buikwe North MP.
The two have reportedly been dating for close to 2 years and have decided to legalize their relationship through an introduction ceremony that will be held on July 28 this year.
Currently, wedding invites are being silently handed to MPs and selected Parliament staff for the function next month. The marriage card also conceals Musoke’s names.
However, the exact venue for the introduction ceremony remains a big secret for Babirye and Musoke and it has not been indicated on the wedding cards that Kampala Post has seen.
“Hon Judith Babirye with pleasure invites you to her introduction ceremony due to take place on 28th July 2018 at a private venue that will be communicated,” the wedding card reads.
Babirye, 40, had been married to Samuel Niwo with whom they have one daughter. However, early last year, Babirye filed for divorce saying that their marriage had been stormy and characterized with sadness owing to what she describes as Niwo’s cruel, erratic, male-violent behaviour and lack of respect to the sanctity of their marriage celebrated at Rubaga Miracle centre.
MP Musoke, 44, a pilot by profession who is equally a first timer in Parliament has been single before he set his eyes on Babirye. Before coming to Parliament, he was chairperson LC3 for Njeru Trading Centre.
