Pictorial: Gen Kainerugaba Meets Top Ethiopian Military Chiefs

On his second day in Ethiopia, the Senior Presidential Advisor for Special Operations and Commander Land Forces of the UPDF Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba met top military and police chiefs.

Gen Kainerugaba who is accompanied by the State Minister for Foreign Affairs Henry Okello Oryem and Director External Security Organisation Joseph Ocwet visited several security installations in Addis Ababa and Bishoftu (62Km from the capital) where the air force headquarters are located.

The CLF also visited the military intelligence and police headquarters where he met and held talks with respective leaders.

Gen Kainerugaba and his delegation were taken on a guided tour of several security installations and innovations.

The Ugandan Land Forces Commander who hailed his hosts yesterday for warmly welcoming him seemed more impressed as he was presented with President Yoweri Museveni's portrait.

Relatedly, the General's hosts had decorated the meeting venues with Uganda's flags, his pictures and those of Hon Oryem as a sign of hospitality.
