Milege Cultural Festival is Back

The three day festival which aims at promoting and celebrating culture and tourism through art will be held from Friday 24th to Sunday 26th November 2017.

The annual Milege world music festival in back fresh and spicy this time as it gets better each year that passes.

The three day festival which aims at promoting and celebrating culture and tourism through art will be held from Friday 24th to Sunday 26th November 2017.

The arts festival hosted at Botanical Gardens in Entebbe will be headlined by our local band; Afrigo Band and Sax King Michael Kitanda who will entertain revellers with live band.

These will perform alongside other local artistes and international performers from China, Canada and Tanzania. 

In addition to musical performances, there will be other activities on the line up like jam sessions, children’s games, zoo visits, watching chimpanzees, biking among others. There will also be camping sites for those who enjoy it.

Milege festival started 2010 in Jinja, but relocated since 2014 to Botanical Gardens, Entebbe.
