The territorial traffic police in Gulu city on Monday night registered a fatal accident that claimed lives of four people, the spokesperson of the Traffic Directorate ASP Faridah Nampiima said in a statement on Tuesday, adding that 18 others were injured.
One person has been confirmed dead and six were injured after a Fuso Fighter truck overturned at Kavule swamp along the Kampala-Masaka Highway, ASP Faridah Nampiima, the spokesperson for Traffic and Road Safety, said in a statement.
The Traffic Police Spokesperson Faridah Nampiima outlined guidelines that road users will follow today as Uganda celebrates International Women's Day with the main event being held at Kololo Ceremonial Grounds.
