President Museveni Commissions Shs40 Billion Agricultural College
President Yoweri Museveni, accompanied by the First Lady, Janet Museveni, who is also the Minister of Education and Sports, commissioned Bukalasa Agricultural College, which was constructed at a cost of $11 million, or about Shs40 billion.
