Uganda Showcases Tourism Potential at IFTM Paris 2024

Uganda has made a significant impression at the International & French Travel Market (IFTM) in Paris, running from September 17-19 at Porte de Versailles, Hall 1, Stand U084. The Uganda Embassy in Paris, alongside key players such as Gorilla Tours Ltd, Safari to East, and Bantu Travel, is presenting Uganda’s unique attractions, promoting the country as a top travel destination.

The event, expected to draw over 50,000 attendees and feature around 3,000 exhibitors from 100 countries, is a prime platform for Uganda to showcase its rich biodiversity, iconic mountain gorillas, and cultural experiences. Uganda’s Ambassador to France, Doreen Amule, highlighted the importance of Uganda’s participation, stating that the exhibition demonstrates the country’s commitment to sustainable tourism and its readiness to welcome global visitors.

Attendees at IFTM have the chance to explore customized travel packages, from wildlife safaris to peaceful nature retreats, positioning Uganda as a must-visit destination.
