The Senior Presidential Advisor on Special Operations Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba has urged the people of Acholi particularly in Agago District to protect their cattle from Karimojong rustlers in order for them to multiply hence economic prosperity and improved household income.

On Wednesday, General Kainerugaba Muhoozi addressed the people of Acholi East and emphasized that not all Karimojong are bad people. He urged the locals to see the Karimojong as their brothers and sisters and not just a group of criminals.
