Tamale Mirundi, Pastor Bugingo Get PLU Patriotic Officer Numbers

The Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU) has assigned Patriotic Officer Number 42 (PO 042) to the late Tamale Mirundi, its former spokesperson for the Buganda region. The announcement was made by PLU Secretary General Daudi Kabanda, who stated that the PLU Chairman and Chief of Defence Forces, Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba, had assigned Patriotic Officer Numbers to several other members.

Among the notable individuals assigned these numbers are Pastor Aloysius Bugingo (PO 043), State Minister for Sports Peter Ogwang (PO 041), Members of Parliament Juliet Kinyamatama (PO 044) and Twaha Kagabo (PO 045). Others include Mrs Jennifer Kayera (PO 046), Mr Kabanda Henry (Kabandana) (PO 047), Mr Rodgers Bulegeya (PO 048), Mr Paul Wanyoto (PO 049), and Ms Molly Mukidi (PO 050).

Kabanda also listed Mr Steven Rutasharara (PO 051), Mrs Hazel Bamwanga (Canada Chapter) (PO 052), Mr Ismail Wandera (UK/Ireland Chapter) (PO 053), Mr Coach Gad Etetu (USA Chapter) (PO 054), Mr Opio Ronald (Türkiye Chapter) (PO 055), Mr Charles Mugisha (South Africa Chapter) (PO 056), Mr Robert Ambikyire (UAE Chapter) (PO 057), and Ms Prillah Bagaya (PO 058).
