The UPDF is investigating a senior officer at the rank of Colonel over conduct prejudicial to good order and discipline, the army spokesman Brig Richard Karemire says.

According to Brig Karemire, the officer is not under custody as reported by the Daily Monitor newspaper.

A person convicted under the provision “shall be liable to dismissal with disgrace...”
