Haruna Kyeyune Kasolo has informed Parliament that 880 Ugandans have been evacuated from South Africa, with 250 more arriving following xenophobic attacks that killed three citizens. While Opposition MP Joan Alobo demanded financial compensation for the returnees' lost businesses, Minister Kasolo explained that the evacuees are receiving trauma therapy at NALI Kyankwanzi while awaiting an audience with President Museveni.
