The Russian Government has donated $100 million to the Uganda People's Defence Forces (UPDF) following instructions from President Vladimir Putin.
This military donation comes after discussions between President Yoweri Museveni and President Putin in St. Petersburg last year.
The Russian authorities have officially confirmed the death of the Wagner chief Yevgeny V. Prigozhin, with investigators saying on Sunday that genetic testing showed that the victims of a plane crash last week matched all the names on the jet’s manifest.
