Development partners have welcomed President Museveni’s move to lift suspension of the Democratic Governance Facility (DGF) activities in Uganda and subsequently, pledged to heed to Government’s demands.
An intelligence report obtained by the Kampala Post has revealed how the suspended Democratic Governance Facility (DGF) has been facilitating top Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in Uganda to “overthrow” President Yoweri Museveni and the NRM government.
The Democratic Governance Facility (DGF) that was recently suspended by the government has sponsored a strategy retreat in Jinja to forge a way forward the Kampala Post has learnt.
