Maj Gen Otto Replaces Dick Olum as Mountain Division, Operation Shujaa Commander
The President of the Republic of Uganda and the Commander in Chief of the armed forces Gen (rtd) Yoweri Museveni has appointed Maj Gen Richard Otto the New Commander of Mountain Division.
