Maama Janet’s public service journey has been defined by commitment, compassion, and a willingness to serve where the need is greatest. President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has appointed Hon. Haruna Kyeyune Kasolo as the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs in an official State House directive. Enacted under Article 99(1) of the Constitution, the appointment positions Hon. Kasolo to manage Uganda's foreign policy and global diplomatic engagements in the absence of a substantive minister.
