The Chief of Defence Forces General Muhoozi Kainerugaba has sent a congratulatory message to the Kyabazinga of Busoga, William Wilberforce Gabula Nadiope IV, ahead of his 11th Coronation Anniversary.
His message was delivered by a delegation led by Budiope East MP Hon. Moses Magogo and included the Secretary General of the Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU), Hon. David Kabanda, who is also the Kasambya County MP.
The Kingdom's Prime Minister Dr Joseph Muvawala received them at Igenge Palace.
The Kyabazinga thanked Hon. Magogo for supporting PLU, a civic movement founded by Gen. Kainerugaba. He also appreciated the visit and expressed his gratitude to the CDF, whom he fondly referred to as his "big brother."
The delegation included several other current and former MPs from the region.
The anniversary will be celebrated tomorrow, September 11 2025, at the Busoga Kingdom Headquarters in Bugembe.
