The Black Wall Street Chairman Mr. Charles N Lambert, a champion for Africa's economic development through his Economic War on Poverty has advised Ugandans to harness their social capital as one of the ways to financially liberate themselves.

Mr. Lambert a strong believer in pan-Africanism and the activist of Africa’s first economic war says that Africans, especially Ugandans do not understand that the social world drives the business world.

Quoting Adam Smith, an economic philosopher, Lambert says indeed, "man is a social animal".

"Americans understand this so, they spend social times with people they identify to have potential business relations with. Fortune estimates that 80 percent of the biggest corporate deals are sealed on the golf courses and 20 percent in boardrooms," Mr. Lambert observes in a message released Monday.

He continues: "When you have business interests, go on lunch, dinners, clubs, bars with such prospects Not spend your valuable social times with same friends from high school that has kept you and them in the circle rot for decades".

Your social times are your greatest personal development investment resource, give it to enterprising opportunities only, says Lambert before signing off his message with his pan Africanist catchword "Africa First."
