President Museveni Meets MK Movement Leaders

President Yoweri Museveni has met the MK Movement leaders led by Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba, who is also the Senior Presidential Advisor for Special Operations.

The MK Movement leaders included Balaam Barugahara (National Vice Chairman for Western Uganda), Michael Mawanda of MK Army, Michael Nuwagira of Team Chairman MK Project and Michael Katungi, the Commissioner of External Affairs MK Movement and Coordinator MK Avengers.

Other leaders who attended the Thursday meeting were Andrew Mwenda, the Spokesperson of the MK Movement and his deputy Daudi Kabanda.

The MK Movement Vice Chairperson for Northern Uganda Lillian Aber also attended the meeting, according to the pictures seen by the Kampala Post.

In one of the pictures, the chairman of the MK Movement, Gen Kainerugaba, is seen handing a document to President Museveni, who is also the chairman of the ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM).

It is also understood that the General had a one-on-one meeting with the President as seen in one of the photos obtained by the Kampala Post.
