The Commander of the Special Forces Command (SFC) Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba has commissioned newly constructed structures including a medical store, a residence of the deputy commander SFC, a communication center and an administration block.

While commissioning the new structures, Gen Kainerugaba hailed the spirit of self-reliance that is growing within the SFC, saying that every few months, new structures are commissioned something that wasn't the case in the past.

The SFC Commander who is also the Senior Presidential Advisor on Special Operations hailed the UPDF engineers under the SFC that have made it easy for the officers to have their own structures.

The General noted that it was a happy day for him to see the fruits of the decisions that were taken several years ago.

One of the structures is named after Gen Kainerugaba as a gesture to appreciate his contribution towards the growth of the SFC.

The Kainerugaba Administration Block is located inside the Julius Kambarage Nyerere SFC Barracks while the rest of the structures are located inside the Nsamizi SFC Barracks, both in Entebbe, Wakiso District.
