NRM Central Executive Committee has endorsed Jacob Oulanyah as the flagbearer for Speakership race.

CEC this morning reconvened at State House, Entebbe, after failing to conclude on the Party choice for Speaker and Deputy Speaker on Saturday. 

Oulanyah’s name will be forwarded for approval by NRM caucus which is set to convene this afternoon at State House.

Apparently, Rebecca Kadaga lost the race but majority vote during the CEC meeting which vetted the candidates.
