President Yoweri Museveni on Monday morning left for Japan to attend the Seventh edition of the Tokyo International Conference for African Development (TICAD7) summit.
TICAD7 summit is taking place in the City of Yokahama under the theme "Africa and Yokohama, Sharing Passion for the Future" “It is a summit-level International conference regarding the development of Africa launched by Japan in 1993,” State House tweets.
