Bukedea woman MP Anita Annet Among on Thursday morning picked Nomination forms to stand for the NRM Flag bearer for Bukedea District Woman MP Seat.
The MP followed NRM scientific guidelines and picked the forms from the NRM Headquarters at Kyadondo road in Kampala.
MP Among joined parliament in 2016 as an independent candidate after quitting the Opposition Forum for Democratic change (FDC) party.
Ever since then, the woman MP has been working very closely with the President bringing significant development to Bukedea district in her first term in Parliament.
To that effect, MP Among recently officially crossed to the NRM party and her picking of nomination forms to vie as flag bearer is a true testament for her love for NRM and the people of Bukedea.
Speaking to the people of Bukedea shortly after picking the nomination forms, MP Among hailed the NRM party for whole heartedly receiving her to the party. Anita Among is tipped to go In Opposed under the NRM ticket given her outstanding development in the district and close cooperation with the NRM Party members.
