Charles Twine Appointed in charge of Parliament Investigations

The Inspector General of Police (IGP) Martin Ochola Okoth has made a mini reshuffle in Police affecting mainly Charles Twine, the spokesperson of Criminal Investigations Department (CID).

According to the police message, Twine has now been transfered to Parliament Police Division in charge of Parliament investigations (OC, CID).

In another reshuffle, Patrick Onyango has bounced back as Kampala Metropolitan police spokesperson after a year of leave undergoing training course.
