The Senior Presidential Advisor for Special Operations Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba congratulated 2060 individuals who had recently completed an ideological orientation course. He urged them to utilize their newly acquired knowledge and skills to defend their country effectively. The General expressed his appreciation to the President for initiating the program and thanked his office for continuing to support it.
During his visit, locals raised concerns that he promptly referred to the Minister of Health, Anifa Kawooya, and Milly Babalanda, the Minister for Presidency. The General promised to follow up with the Ministers to ensure that the people of Kasambya have access to adequate medical supplies and better road infrastructure.
The General also appealed to locals to fight the continued negative vice of land fragmentation, saying it is perpetuated through inheritance rites that encourage land sub-division thereby rendering it unviable for production. He, therefore, noted that the continued fragmentation of the land will see the country lose most of its productive agricultural assets and propel the population into irreversible poverty.

On the biting issue of illegal land evictions in Kasambya and Mubende in general, the former Commander of Land Forces urged those harassing people to stop immediately.
He said he will continue engaging their area MP Daudi Kabanda to ensure those disturbing the people stop it.
Meanwhile, the MK Movement chapter was also launched in Kasambya which is near Kabamba. The General said the people of Kasambya had revisited history, reminding them of the NRA operations in Kabamba.

He noted that the MK Movement is focused on security and prosperity, urging everyone to be productive through the creation of company families that ensure property remains intact as opposed to fragmentation.
