The Chairman of the Patriotic League of Uganda, Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba has issued a fresh batch of “Patriotic Officer” (PO) numbers, extending the symbolic ranking system to members of the organization.
The new list, released on March 21, comes just two days after the first set of PO numbers was awarded to members of the Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU) Central Committee.
The newly designated Patriotic Officers are:
· PO 013 – Hon. Frank Tumwebaze
· PO 014 – Hon. Kyeyune Kasolo
· PO 015 – Hon. Ruth Acheng
· PO 016 – Hon. Joanne Okia
· PO 017 – Hon. Atima Jackson
· PO 018 – Hon. Ojara Mapinduzi
· PO 019 – Hon. Nelson Nshangabasheija
· PO 020 – Mr. Frank Mwesigye
Gen. Kainerugaba who is also the Chief of Defence Forces concluded his post with a promise of further expansions: “Keep tuned. More to follow.”
