Across the African continent, countless young women are eager to build better lives, earn meaningful incomes, and achieve financial independence. While ambition remains widespread, access to the right opportunities has continued to be the primary challenge.
To bridge this gap, the Revolutionary Black Wall Street initiative—created by King Charles N Lambert—has launched a new pathway through its newly introduced System Usher Contractor Programme. The initiative allows young African women to earn, learn, serve, and grow within an emerging economic community.
The programme grants selected young women an active role in building awareness around the Black Wall Street community while providing a structured avenue to generate a stable income stream.
Under the programme's core responsibilities, System Ushers will act as public information representatives. They will introduce community members and the general public to the Black Wall Street vision, programs, and available opportunities by disseminating approved educational materials, providing accurate information, answering basic enquiries, and directing interested individuals to official channels for orientation. Beyond public awareness, participants may also support internal service delivery by offering guidance, resources, and operational assistance to existing community members.
In return for their service, successful participants will receive biweekly compensation, alongside additional earnings linked to their contributions toward community projects. Performance-based incentives will further reward consistent productivity and measurable contributions to the initiative’s broader economic empowerment goals.
For Black Wall Street, the initiative extends beyond simply creating another income stream; it establishes an environment where young women can leverage their energy, communication skills, and willingness to serve within a larger economic ecosystem.
"The philosophy is simple: awareness creates connection, service creates value, participation creates opportunity, and collective effort can create economic progress," the initiative noted.
