Mid this month, President Yoweri Museveni reshuffled his cabinet for the first time since 2016, dropping five ministers who included; Ntege Azuba, Irene Muloni, Abdu Nadduli, Alex Onzima and Aidah Nantaba.

The President also transferred and promoted several other ministers, among them Gen Katumba Wamala formerly State Minister for Works who was elevated to Minister for Works, replacing Ntege Azuba.
